Raquel and Bancho come to us seeking advice to begin their journey along the new path they have chosen. They have decided to change the city for the countryside, and their jobs in offices in large buildings, for an old country estate owned by Raquel's family for many generations.
The idea was to rehabilitate the entire property and launch an exclusive rural accommodation business 45 minutes from Madrid and 10 minutes from Ávila capital.
The farm is located in a dreamlike natural environment, where granite rocks of the most diverse shapes rest in a meadow populated by oaks and holm oaks, through which small streams flow. You can hear the water and the birds, nothing more.
The image we created for this small hotel is an identity that conveys elegance, cleanliness and class. An image that uses the same natural elements of the environment to tell us about it, combined with poetry and literary passages from classic Castilian authors that tell us about nature and spirituality.
Fuentes Claras is “El lugar imaginado.” (The imagined place).
